Provide direct care to residents: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence/catheter care, turning/positioning, skin care
Support resident nutrition: meal delivery, feeding, adaptive equipment, honoring food preferences
Assist with mobility and rehabilitation: range of motion, transfers, ambulation, proper alignment, use of assistive devices
Maintain safety and clean environment: answer call lights, fall prevention, proper equipment use
Observe, report, and document resident changes, refusals, or concerns promptly
