About the role:
We're looking for a Chief Assistant to be the operational right hand at our Orland Park-West Kumon center. This is a leadership-track role for someone organized, dependable, and great with both kids and parents. You'll help run the daily floor, support students in math and reading, and grow into real ownership of how the center operates.
You'll:
- Help run class-time flow — keeping every student moving, supported, and on task
- Support students directly, including help at higher math levels
- Own behind-the-scenes systems: material prep, inventory, student onboarding/offboarding, test-list upkeep
- Back up placement testing and parent communication
- Help coordinate and support the floor team

Nice to have: experience in tutoring, teaching, childcare, or operations.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
