We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, and motivated Sales Associates to join the Espino's Furniture team. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. We are seeking individuals who are driven to meet sales goals while building lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service.
Previous experience in furniture sales is a plus, and candidates with a background or interest in interior design are highly preferred. The ability to assist customers with furniture selection, space planning, and creating cohesive room designs is a valuable asset in this role.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and promotional quotas.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
- Assist customers in selecting furniture, décor, and accessories that fit their style, needs, and budget.
- Offer design recommendations and help customers visualize complete room layouts.
- Manage and follow up with client leads.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Stay informed about company products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Develop strategies to promote products and services.
- Maintain showroom standards and ensure merchandise is presented beautifully.
Leadership & Management Duties
- Achieve growth and meet sales targets through effective customer engagement.
- Support company initiatives that expand the customer base and strengthen brand presence.
- Help mentor and encourage fellow team members.
- Build long-lasting customer relationships by understanding each client's needs and vision.
- Provide accurate sales reports and updates when requested.
- Stay informed about new products, market trends, and competitors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, furniture sales, or customer service preferred.
- Experience or knowledge in interior design is highly preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently present products and make design recommendations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- A willingness to continue learning through training, workshops, and product education.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
