CNA Training Opportunity (Paid Certification Pathway)
Bethesda – Minnesota Skilled Nursing Facility
Part-Time Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

No certification yet? Bethesda will support your CNA training and certification (within 4 months) while you gain hands-on experience in a top 5% ranked skilled nursing facility in Minnesota.
Position Overview:
Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while developing the skills needed to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. Support daily living activities and promote resident comfort, safety, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Support mobility, comfort, and personal care needs
- Work closely with nursing staff to ensure quality care
- Build meaningful relationships in a team-based environment

Schedule:
