*We are in need of a Boom Operator, a Telebelt Operator, and a Mixer CDL Driver*
Experienced Boom Truck Driver and Operator responsible for safely transporting, setting up, and operating boom trucks to lift, move, and place materials at construction and industrial job sites. Skilled in performing pre-trip inspections, load securement, crane operation, equipment maintenance, and adherence to OSHA and safety regulations. Proven ability to read work orders, coordinate with crews, and complete lifting operations efficiently while maintaining a strong safety record.
Telebelt Driver and Operator with expertise in transporting, setting up, and operating mobile telescopic conveyor systems to efficiently place concrete, aggregate, sand, gravel, and other materials at construction sites. Skilled in equipment inspection, safe operation, preventative maintenance, and coordinating with site personnel to ensure accurate material placement. Demonstrated commitment to safety, productivity, and quality while working in fast-paced construction environments and adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
Concrete Mixer Driver & Operator is responsible for safely operating a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to construction sites while ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality service. This role also involves proper operation of the mixer, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with dispatch, customers, and onsite personnel.
Key Responsibilities Boom Truck Driver & Operator
- Safely operate boom trucks and truck-mounted cranes to lift, move, and place materials and equipment.
- Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and daily equipment inspections.
- Set up the boom truck, including proper positioning, outriggers, and load stabilization.
- Inspect rigging, slings, chains, and lifting attachments before use.
- Read and interpret lift plans, work orders, and site instructions.
- Maintain constant communication with signal persons, spotters, and site personnel during lifting operations.
- Ensure loads are properly secured, balanced, and lifted within the crane's rated capacity.
- Follow OSHA, company, and site-specific safety procedures.
- Monitor work areas for hazards and maintain safe operating conditions.
- Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and minor equipment repairs.
- Complete required logs, inspection reports, and delivery documentation.
- Coordinate material deliveries and placements to support project schedules.
- Maintain a clean driving record and all required licenses and certifications.
- Respond professionally to customer and contractor requests while promoting safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities Telebelt Driver & Operator
- Safely operate and transport Telebelt equipment to and from construction job sites.
- Set up and position the Telebelt for efficient and accurate material placement.
- Operate conveyor systems to place concrete, sand, gravel, stone, soil, and other construction materials.
- Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily equipment inspections.
- Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs on equipment.
- Monitor conveyor belts, hoppers, and mechanical systems during operation to ensure safe performance.
- Coordinate with project managers, concrete crews, pump operators, and contractors to meet placement requirements.
- Follow OSHA, DOT, company, and site-specific safety regulations.
- Identify and mitigate job site hazards while maintaining safe work zones.
- Accurately place materials in difficult-to-access locations while minimizing waste and spillage.
- Complete delivery tickets, inspection reports, and equipment logs.
- Maintain proper load securement and compliance with transportation regulations.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and make adjustments as necessary to maximize productivity.
- Maintain professional customer service and communication with clients and construction personnel.
Key Responsibilities Concrete Mixer Driver & Operator
- Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete to job sites
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues
- Operate mixer drum and controls to ensure proper mixing, slump, and discharge of concrete
- Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the mixer truck
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers
- Accurately complete delivery tickets and required documentation
- Navigate to job sites, including those with difficult terrain or tight access areas
- Provide professional customer service at all times
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
- Clean driving record with no suspensions or major infractions (per insurance requirements)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong understanding of safety practices and regulations
- Ability to operate heavy equipment in various weather and job site conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience driving or operating a concrete mixer or similar heavy equipment
- Basic mechanical knowledge of trucks and equipment
