A Place At Home – Reston is a locally owned, Nurse Practitioner-led home care agency serving seniors throughout Fairfax and Loudoun Counties.
We're growing and looking for dependable CNAs and PCAs who want consistent hours, supportive management, and meaningful work helping older adults remain safe and independent at home.
Current Openings
- 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 8-12 hour daytime shifts
- Weekday and weekend opportunities

Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Provide companionship and engagement
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Transportation and errands as needed
- Observe and report changes in client condition
Requirements
- Active CNA or PCA certification
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Professional communication skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to pass a background check
