POSITION DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Field Services Support
Reports to: 3A- Field Services Manager 1
FLSA: Exempt
The Field Services Support advances the success of field service operations by collaborating cross-functionally with project teams, the broader Barton Malow enterprise, and field services team members across equipment, branding, supply chain management, and communications.
- Supports the overall success of the field services operation
- Gains an understanding of both field operations and project management roles and how the field services team can support and engage in both
- Has an awareness and understanding of all the functions within the field services team, such as equipment, branding, supply chain, tools and consumables
- Has an awareness and general understanding of business financials and accounting processes
- Understands and helps implement supplier partnerships
- Supports engagement throughout both field services and general company initiatives
- Travel for project assignments required based on Company needs.
