This is a career, not a hobby. If you stop showing up to a standard 9-5 job, you get fired. We’ll help you stay on track with a weekly calendar so you always know what to do. As a remote team, you’ll need a quiet space for Zoom meetings, trainings, and coaching calls. We have a super-dialed 86-day launch plan to teach you everything you need to know to be successful in today’s market. The average agent closes (and pending) 3.4 transactions during this time. If you want to succeed, it’s all about showing up and doing the work. If completing tasks and activities each week sounds like the best thing you could do for yourself you'll enjoy launch. If not, it may not be for you.

We need someone who isn’t afraid to get out there and create new opportunities. You’ll be given scripts and training, so you’ll know exactly what to do each day to keep the leads coming in.
