KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Hyundai Sales Representative, you will be the face of our dealership, delivering outstanding customer experiences while meeting sales targets:
- Generate and follow up on qualified sales leads
- Conduct consultative needs assessments with customers
- Perform vehicle walk-arounds and demonstrate Hyundai features, technology, and performance benefits
- Accompany customers on test drives of Hyundai models
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Explain leasing and financing options to customers
- Guide customers through every stage of their vehicle purchase
- Maintain expert knowledge of our Hyundai inventory (features, specifications, warranty coverage, availability)
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
- Collaborate with sales managers to consistently exceed sales goals
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and CRM entries
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior automotive or sales experience (preferred)
- Clean driving record (required for test drive accompaniment)
- Ability to obtain Pennsylvania Sales License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
- Reliable transportation
- Available to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hyundai product knowledge
- Familiarity with automotive financing and leasing
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Microsoft Office proficiency
