The Opportunity
This is more than a front desk role — it’s a sales + customer experience position within a fast-growing fitness brand.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth
- Sell memberships, packages, and retail
- Follow up with leads and engage current members
- Build community relationships and drive outreach
Member Experience
- Greet and connect with every member and guest
- Lead studio tours and guide prospects through the HOTWORX experience
- Help members feel confident and supported
Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized studio
- Assist with scheduling, transactions, and member accounts
- Complete daily tasks with consistency
Brand & Team
- Support social media efforts
- Bring energy and professionalism to every shift
- Contribute to team sales and retention goals
Staffed Hours
Mon–Thurs: 11AM–8PM
Friday: 9AM–6PM
Saturday: 9AM–2PM
What We’re Looking For
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Organized and able to multitask
- Flexible schedule (evenings + weekends required)
- Comfortable with basic computer systems
