Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, mail)
- Assist in planning and implementing development projects or campaigns
- Maintain databases (donors, clients, partners, or program data)
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records
- Assist with fundraising campaigns, grant applications, or donor outreach
- Track donations, pledges, and funding sources
- Prepare donor communications and acknowledgments
- Organize files, documents, and internal systems
- Support office operations related to development work
- Arrange logistics for meetings, workshops, or events
- Assist with preparation of membership recruiting supplies
- Assist with retail store operations and inventory management
Qualifications
- Excellent people skills, enthusiastic, punctual, responsible and creative.
- Committed to personal and professional productivity, while maintaining high ethical and professional working standards.
- Attained 21 years of age or older unless prohibited by any applicable law.
