Semi-Truck Mechanic

Location: Trucking Company Yard
We are looking for an experienced Semi-Truck Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of trucks.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on semi-trucks and trailers.
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, brakes, transmissions, electrical systems, suspension, and other truck components.
- Perform inspections and ensure trucks are safe and road-ready.
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records.
- Keep the shop and work area clean and safe.
- Respond to urgent maintenance needs when required.
Requirements
- Experience as a diesel or heavy-duty truck mechanic.
- Knowledge of Class 8 trucks and diesel engines.
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Valid driver's license.
Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
Schedule: Full-time.
Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,800.00 per week
