We have an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor - Electrical position in our Goodyear, AZ, manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities include:
- Receive, analyze, resolve and report customer electrical quality complaints.
- Work directly with our dealers and end-users to provide superior electrical support for all CornellCookson products.
- Work with Engineering to identify electrical issues and trends.
- Support, resolve, and document all electrical related issues.
- Support and lead electrical initiatives for our dealers, inside sales, RM's, production and engineering, etc.
- Work directly with Electrical Engineering Design team.
- Diagnose all electrical-related issues and take proper measures to resolve.
- Assist in other areas as necessary and work cooperatively with others to help achieve company goals.
Qualifications include:
- Requires Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering or equivalent electrical background.
- AS/BS degree preferred.
- 3-5 years work experience in electrical field with emphasis in Motors & Controls, PLC/PCB - control wiring.
- Must be highly organized and have a proven ability to work within a team environment.
- Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, and UL guidelines/regulations. Must be able to read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics & diagrams.
- 2-5 years experience interacting with customers preferred. Must possess superior communication skills and be adept at training and educating our dealers.
