We are a small, family owned, dog and cat boarding kennel that has been servicing the King County area for the past 40+ years. Job Duties :
-Responsible for giving dogs water, feeding dogs, and giving medication when required.
-General cleaning of kennels, dishes, laundry, sweeping.
-Responsible for taking dogs on individual walks, snuggles, and playtimes.
-Keeping an eye on the general well-being of guests and logging details in system.
Skills / Qualifications:
-Must love dogs
-Someone with strong attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask with good time management skills.
-Experience preferred but not required.
-Can work unsupervised.
-Ability to be on feet for multiple hours at a time. Must be comfortable crouching and bending frequently with an ability to lift 25+ lbs if needed.
Compensation :
-$17.50 - $21 per hour based on experience.
-Full or Part-time. Shifts vary, however, holidays are required as we are at our busiest then. We can work around school schedules as needed once summer is over.
