Direct Staff Provider
Role and Responsibility: Responsible for implementing activities to assigned clients; assists in providing self-help skills training and therapeutic treatments to clients
Work Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:30 am – 2:30 pm
Position Supervised: clients
Reporting Supervisor: Behavior Technician
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age
Shall have the ability to perform the functions required in the program design
Currently certified in CPR and/or First Aid and must be able to render emergency services when necessary
Shall be able to communicate effectively in written and oral form
Must have fingerprint clearance by DOJ and FBI and criminal record statement completed
TB/Health Screening – must have health screening and tuberculosis test within 12 months prior to employment or seven (7) days after employment
Must have a valid California driver’s license and auto liability insurance if transporting clients
Must have completed and be currently certified in an approved Behavior Management course such - Pro Act
