Our well-established domestic automotive dealership in the Northern Midwest is seeking an energetic, culture-driven leader to join our team as Service Manager.
For more than 40 years, we have proudly served our community while building a strong reputation for customer satisfaction, teamwork, and employee development. With a loyal customer base and continued growth, we are looking for the right coach and leader to help take our service department to the next level.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of Service Manager experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Passion for ongoing training and staff development
- Ability to build and maintain strong factory relationships
- Open-minded approach to collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 25–30 employees

Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
