We are seeking a full-time Guest Services Lead who brings professionalism, warmth, and precision to every client interaction. This role supports both Facetté Med Spa and Facetté Hair Experience, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience across all guest touchpoints.
About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centered environment and takes pride in delivering a polished, elevated experience. The Guest Services Lead plays a key role in supporting team performance, maintaining smooth front desk operations, and ensuring every interaction consistently reflects the Facetté standard.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver a warm, elevated, and professional guest experience
- Support daily front desk operations and provide coverage as needed
- Assist with scheduling oversight and ensure appointment accuracy
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and care
- Manage medical records requests and maintain confidentiality
- Complete client account updates, merges, and corrections
- Support new hire onboarding and ongoing Guest Services training
- Assist with team coverage during short staffing situations
- Oversee time clock accuracy and basic administrative tasks
- Help plan and support events, promotions, and in-office initiatives
- Ensure consistency and follow-through across front office processes
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in guest services, front desk, hospitality, medical office, or med spa environment preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with scheduling or client management systems is a plus
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Schedule
This is a full-time position. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required based on business needs, team coverage, and special events.
