Professional Qualifications:

Possess 6-8 years of background in millwright work, heavy manufacturing maintenance, or machine repair, or hold a Journeyman’s license in a relevant mechanical field.

Demonstrate proficiency in resolving mechanical issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and bearings.

Background in welding and fabrication is considered an asset.

Prior involvement with the installation of machinery and equipment is preferred.

Core Duties:

Manage the installation, diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and ongoing maintenance of manufacturing machinery.

Ensure operational uptime by identifying mechanical faults and conducting preventative maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and motor-driven systems.

Support facility operations by installing new machinery, interpreting technical blueprints, and performing necessary welding tasks.

Maintain critical production assets including conveyors, presses, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, industrial ovens, robotic welding cells, and CNC equipment to ensure peak performance.

Execute supplementary tasks as required by the department.
