Data Analyst
Turn complex datasets into actionable insight that drives engineering, operations, and business decisions.
Data Lead
A hands-on technical role. You'll be deep in the work: designing, building, and delivering solutions for AAM across data science, data architecture, and data engineering, while serving as a go-to technical expert for the team. Aviation weather experience is a plus.
Human Factors Specialist
Apply human factors principles to keep people at the center of our aviation systems, interfaces, operational design and safety assurance.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in data analytics, data science, data architecture, or data engineering (role-dependent)
- For Data Leads: deep hands-on technical expertise across data science, data architecture, and data engineering — someone who leads by doing
- For Human Factors: background in human factors engineering, ergonomics, or human-systems integration
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Aviation and/or Advance Air Mobility (AAM) Industry
