Tool Repair Technician – Evansville, IN
Our client in Evansville, IN is hiring an experienced Tool Repair Technician to service and repair industrial and contractor equipment.
This is a day shift role in a small, fast-paced team environment. We're looking for a self-motivated individual with strong mechanical skills and a commitment to quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair tools and small gas engines
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Complete work and parts orders accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe work area
- Follow safety and company procedures
- Support team goals and assist as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of relevant repair experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience with hoists, winches, pneumatic/electric tools preferred
- Must provide personal repair tools (bench equipment provided)
- Able to lift to 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Willing to work overtime, including weekends
Work Environment: Repair shop setting with physical demands and exposure to heat, noise, and moving equipment. PPE required.
