We are seeking a Customer Service person to join our growing team in Fenton, MO! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing quality employees to light industrial fields. You will be prescreening and interviewing candidates based on customer needs. HEAVY PHONE roll with multiline capability needed. Some after hour and weekend virtual work required.
Past factory/warehouse experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email
- Heavy phone work both incoming and outbound
- Provide qualified employees based on customer needs
- Perform onboarding, testing, and background checks
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving customer needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, recruiting, or factory/production environments helpful
- Ability to build rapport with customers and applicants
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in extremely fast paced environment
- Positive and professional demeanor in stressful situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Occasional night and weekend emails/calls

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
