Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team, with both part-time and full-time positions available. The ideal candidate is a licensed professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in medical aesthetics, a strong track record in sales, and prior knowledge of advanced aesthetic treatments. Proficiency with devices like Endospheres, T-Shape 2, Accufit, Diamond Glow, laser hair removal, as well as facials and peels, is highly desirable. This position also requires availability to work either Saturday or Sunday. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of advanced medical aesthetic treatments, including facials, Endospheres, T-Shape 2, ,Accufit, Diamond Glow, and laser hair removal.
- Ensuring safety and comfort for clients.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to develop customized treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and treatment aftercare to maintain and enhance results.
- Proactively engage clients to promote relevant products and services, ensuring sales targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain a polished and professional image at all times to represent the high standards of Beauté Aesthetics.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in aesthetic treatments.
- Must work either Saturday or Sunday every weekend
- Set monthly schedules
Qualifications:
- Valid aesthetician license in New York
- Advanced laser certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical spa, clinic, or dermatology setting.
- Prior experience with facials, peels, Endospheres, T-Shape 2, Accufit, Diamond Glow, and laser hair removal, preferred but not required.
- Proven expertise in sales and client engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and foster relationships.
- Availability to work either Saturday or Sunday.
- Commitment to continued professional development in aesthetics.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
