Account Executive — Inside Sales
AMS Parts is a nationwide supplier of heavy equipment replacement parts, helping contractors and fleets keep running — the right part, at the right price, right now. We back it up with our own Parts Central technology and a marketplace of new, used, and rebuilt parts, all built to minimize our customers' downtime.
You'll work a steady stream of warm, inbound leads — following up fast, solving problems, and turning quote requests into closed sales and long-term customers. As the single point of contact for your accounts, you're like the customer's own parts counter: the expert who gets them the right part fast and keeps their equipment running. And if you're driven and coachable, we'll train you on our proven 7-step sales process — you don't need to know heavy equipment on day one.

Serve as the single point of contact for your assigned customers and opportunities

Respond quickly to inbound leads and quote requests, guiding customers through equipment downtime with urgency

Manage roughly 50 active opportunities per week

Build quotes that present new, used, and rebuilt options

Negotiate and close sales

Nurture relationships to earn repeat business and spot upsell opportunities within your accounts

Hand off closed orders to Customer Support for fulfillment

Keep accurate records in our NetSuite CRM

Consistently managing ~50 active opportunities per week

Building a sustainable book of repeat, returning customers

Hitting gross profit margin targets while keeping quote turnaround fast

Driven and goaloriented — you like to compete, win, and grow revenue

Coachable and eager to learn — open to feedback and excited to master our products and sales process

Customerfocused communicator — strong at building rapport, persuading, negotiating, and closing

Resilient — able to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fastpaced environment

2+ years of sales experience with a track record of hitting your goals (B2B or inside sales a plus)

Organized, and comfortable juggling many opportunities using a CRM, phone, and email
NICE TO HAVE (Not Required)

Experience in construction, heavy equipment, industrial, or parts industries

Familiarity with NetSuite CRM

Background in consultative or solutionbased selling

Adjacent sales experience (home improvement, automotive, or other transactional B2B/B2C sales)

$40K base plus uncapped commission — ontarget earnings of $90K$100K

Handson training and support, so you can ramp fast even if you're new to the industry
