Starting Pay: $17.00/hour + based on experience
Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and good with your hands? We’re looking for Application Technicians to join our production team!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Mask and prepare aerospace parts for processing and painting
- Apply tape, paper, plugs, and liquid masking
- Read and follow work orders, drawings, and instructions
- Unmask and prepare completed parts
- Handle customer parts carefully and maintain high quality standards
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Dependable and ready to work
- Ability to learn quickly and follow detailed instructions
- Previous masking, manufacturing, or blueprint experience is a plus — but not required!
No aerospace experience? We’re willing to train the right person!
