Buffalo office of large defense firm seeks a litigation associate for our busy office. The qualified applicant should have 1-5 years of experience and must possess strong research and writing skills. Work primarily involves insurance defense claims, along with premises liability, professional liability, worker's comp and litigation.
Compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to an individual’s experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, market conditions, and organizational needs, as well as any other factors permitted by law. As a result, the final salary offered may fall outside of the stated range depending on these considerations and individual circumstances

Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
