Family Law Associate Attorney
Our growing family law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. This position is ideal for an attorney interested in building a long-term career in family law, regardless of prior experience in the practice area. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Handle a caseload involving divorce, custody, time sharing, child support, and related family law matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
- Appear in court for hearings and other proceedings
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Manage deadlines and maintain organized case files
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality legal services
What We’re Looking For
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active state bar license
- Prior knowledge of civil procedure and court rules
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Genuine interest in family law and client-focused advocacy

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
