This is a rather unique, solo-practitioner law firm, concerned more about (1) the integrity, intelligence (mental and emotional) of its people and (2) the quality and effectiveness of its work product for the clients, than it is adherence to customary and/or expected roles, looks and behaviors of the profession - especially as depicted in tv or the movies. Honesty, candor and respect are the crucible elements to the employer-employee relationship; so long as that is zealously in place and maintained, the future of possibilities is limitless.
