Job Summary:
Production Associate– Member of the production team that pours and processes candles, diffusers, and room sprays for LINNEA and Private Client projects.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supports the production team by pouring, cleaning, and packaging of LINNEA and Private Label products.
- Participates in the set-up and tear down of candles, diffusers, and Private Pours.
- Participates in ALL aspects of candle and diffuser production process (pouring, clipping wicks, re-melting, cleaning, labeling, packaging, matching, packing, making boxes, etc.)
- Participates in quality control to assure the highest quality product is produced.
- Participates in product inventory monthly, quarterly, and year end.
- Operates some light machinery as a part of the product production.
- Assists with moving finished product from production department to warehouse.
- Collaborates with team to develop processes for Special Pours.
- Provides general support in production and warehouse areas including but not limited to organizing, maintaining workspaces, and assisting with efficient and organized workflow.
- Participates in cleaning rotation of studio common areas as well as daily trash removal, recycling, and breaking down of boxes.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Some warehouse and production experience is not required but a plus

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
Can withstand prolonged periods of standing.
Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Employees can choose to lift with another employee via “buddy lift.”
Ability to bend, twist and stoop from time to time
