:Job Summary
- Gather all use towels that you'll find in the bathroom or downstairs along with used comforters with sheets & put them inside a big bag which you will find them in the closet by the kitchen.
- (you can wash them in the property while doing the cleaning)
- Clean all 3 bathroom: toilet, sink, shower floor, mirrors, & remove any trash that's been disposed in the trash can sweep out & mop.
Refill shampoo/ conditioner, body wash, & body lotion (you can find these in downstairs closet by the kitchen)
- Rooms: Make the bed that were used, wipe down remote control
- Sweep and mop under the beds
- Make sure all t.vs are working properly
Living rooms & dinning area
- Dust the couches make sure there is no trash in between the pillows
- Place the pillows where they belong
- Wipe down the coffee table
- Make sure bookshelves is organized
- Kitchen
- wipe down the kitchen counter, microwave, and the refrigerator (check for any leftover food inside from previous guest), wipe down the dining table
In the storage which is located in the garage you will find toilet paper and paper towels, bath towels along with other essentials
- place one toilet paper in each bathroom along with an extra one which will be place inside the bathroom storage under the sink
- Place one roll of paper towel in the kitchen
- Place 4 folded bath towel under the bathroom sink (repeat the same process for the master bedroom) leave 4 extra bath towel in the storage that's down the hallway
- Make sure there is no dirty dishes in the sink or in the dishwasher if so wash them and place them in the counter next to the refrigerator
- Make sure the coffee maker is empty
- Make sure to empty the kitchen trash that is next to the stove you'll have to pull the counter towards you and put a new trash bag if needed. (trash bags in closet)
- In the storage which is located in the garage you will find toilet paper and paper towels, bath towels along with other essentials
- place one toilet paper in each bathroom along with an extra one which will be place inside the bathroom storage under the sink
Last
- sweep & mop from top to bottom
- For the new clean comforters place them in the storage
- Any dirty comforter place it in the storage containers
Also, in the upstairs hallway closet make sure there is a extra cover for guest to use
take pictures of everything when you are done
