Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Automated Storage and Retreival Sysytem:
- Set up, operated, and maintained PLC-based automated warehouse system (ASRS), ensuring smooth integration of equipment into manufacturing processes, performing troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to sustain production efficiency.
- Configured, troubleshot, and repaired HMIs by applying software upgrades, hardware replacements, and functional verifications, maintaining documentation of changes to meet compliance and traceability standards.
- Performed troubleshooting and repair of servo motors and drives, identifying faulty devices using electrical schematics and technical manuals, replacing components, and restoring precision performance on production lines.
- Managed troubleshooting and maintenance of motion control systems and VFDs, interpreting mechanical diagrams and automated system drawings, and applying corrective actions to ensure safety, and operational continuity.
- Investigated and resolved communication issues in ASRS equipment, performing root cause analysis, repairing electrical controls, and documenting corrective actions to prevent recurrence and reduce downtime.
- Troubleshot and repaired mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, utilizing power tools and measuring equipment, adhering to electrical safety standards, ensuring equipment reliability across production operations.
- Read and interpreted technical manuals, electrical schematics, and automated system drawings to identify critical devices and components, plan corrective actions, and support accurate equipment repairs & replacements.
