Pay Range: $34 – $38 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, rotating 2-2-3 (off every other weekend)

You’ve led maintenance teams and can prioritize a full docket without breaking a sweat.

You diagnose issues across 3-phase electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics—and you’re hands-on with welding (MIG or Stick).

You read complex schematics and blueprints like a map.

You care about safety culture and know LOTO is non-negotiable.

Lead, mentor, and assign work to 3rd-shift maintenance techs

Troubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, valves, gas-fired ovens, and presses
-
Execute and oversee daily/weekly PMs
-
Interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics
-
Perform welding/light fabrication (MIG or Stick)
-
Reduce downtime via fast, accurate diagnostics

Serve as the main point of contact between production and maintenance

Assist with onboarding and training of new technicians

Drive continuous improvement and process optimization

4–5+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience

Required: previous lead, supervisory, or team-lead experience in maintenance

Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise; 3-phase power experience

MIG or Stick welding proficiency

Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints/schematics

Strong communication and leadership

Comfort with a rotating 2-2-3, 12-hour schedule
