CENTER Admin - MATH/ENGLISH LEARNING CENTER
Wages: Starts at $16/Hr and depends on experience.
Work Hours: Evenings : Monday&Thursday:4:30-8pm or Tuesday&Wednesday: 4:30pm – 8pm, and Saturday: 9:30am-12:00pm
Requirements: Childcare and Tutoring Experience is preferred, Proficiency in elementary Math and English is required until grade 5.
Job Summary: The Center admin reports to the Center Director and is principally in charge of managing and performing center administration tasks (No Lesson Planning Needed).
Responsibilities: Assist in achieving Center goals by performing administration tasks. Create and maintain student schedules.
- Customer service-related duties including attending to parents, answering phone call etc.
- Teach students as needed.
- Perform educational administrative tasks, as directed, including administering, correcting, and writing up tests.
- Perform administrative functions such as maintenance of attendance records, data entry, and maintenance of student records.
- Serve as the contact for parents and students in absence of director. Provide regular updates on student progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Handle inquiries from potential clients, explain the center’s programs, and manage the onboarding process for new students.
