As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by selling RogueHire's cutting-edge decision intelligence platform to organizations. You'll collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders, CHROs, and VP-level executives to revolutionize their talent acquisition strategies and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and close deals with health systems, hospital networks, and other organizations.
Conduct discovery calls and deliver compelling demos showcasing RogueHire's Metix Index, demand planning tools, and ROI analytics.
Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition Leaders, Finance, and IT teams.
Build and nurture relationships with C-suite and VP-level decision-makers to establish long-term partnerships.
Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Experience: 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in HR Tech.
Industry Knowledge: Proven track record of selling to organizations, including health systems, hospitals, and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
Sales Approach: Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling, particularly to Talent Acquisition and HR buyers.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with recruitment operations, ATS systems, and workforce analytics.
Metrics-Driven: Comfortable discussing ROI, benchmarking, and operational metrics with clients.
Recruitment Performance Analytics: Leverage the Metix Index to provide actionable insights.
Demand Planning & Talent Acquisition Demand/Capacity Planning: Help clients optimize their TA strategies.
Programmatic Advertising Optimization: Enhance recruitment marketing efforts for better results.
Recruiter Productivity & Certification Programs: Drive efficiency and skill development within recruitment teams.
Budget Benchmarking & ROI Measurement: Enable clients to maximize their recruitment investments.
