Provide project management to ensure completion on time, within budget, and within scope of IT projects. Define project scope, duration, and resources. Responsible for project scheduling, tracking issue management, risk management, change management, and status reporting. Plan and coordinate work with teams and business resources. Guide and participate in design and development of software. Work with IT technical team(s).
Position requires a Master’s / equivalent in CS, CIS or related field and coursework in Compiler Design; Operating Systems; Computer Communication Networks; T: Mobile Application Programming; Database Systems; Software Engineering; Real Time Systems; T: Mobile Cloud Computing, T: Web Programming; and T: Broadband Networks. Position requires travel / relocation to various unanticipated U.S. locations.
