POSITION SUMMARY:
The Line Cook is a passionate and dedicated team member who takes pride in delivering high-quality food while upholding the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. This role is responsible for preparing menu items according to established recipes, supporting daily prep tasks, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked station throughout service. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and able to take direction while working independently in a kitchen environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Menu Prep and Execution

Prep alongside team according to prep lists provided by leadership

Prepare menu items from recipes in a timely manner for tickets throughout service

Ensure knowledge of menu items and ingredients

Stock and maintain designated stations as directed by leadership

Collaborate with leadership and prepare order sheets as needed Health, Safety, and Service Standards

Comply with all sanitation regulations and safety standards including proper storage, rotation of inventory, and quality control

Maintain a positive and professional approach with ownership, coworkers, and customers, and vendors
