We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow sales within the Baton Rouge and South Louisiana region. This role focuses on conducting in-home consultations, building relationships, and closing sales using a proven system.

Manage and grow a designated sales territory

Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers

Present customized bath remodeling solutions and close sales

Follow up on company-provided, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)

Build referral networks and local business relationships

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success

Track and report sales activity and performance

1+ year of outside or in-home sales experience preferred

Strong communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
