As a Sales Support Associate, you'll play an important role in supporting customers throughout their experience. From answering questions and explaining AT&T products to helping customers find the right solutions, every Sales Support Associate contributes to a positive and professional customer experience. What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Explain AT&T products, services, and current promotions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
