Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care as an RN in clinical settings on-site.
Assess patient conditions, document findings, and update care plans.
Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
Meet quality metrics and regulatory requirements with accurate record-keeping.
Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for patient management.
Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to pipeline-based planning.
Ensure on-site adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Engage in continuous learning and participate in professional development.
Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge steps.
Document daily activities and ensure high visibility of work progress.
Assist with clinical audits and participate in process improvement initiatives.
Participate in on-call rotations and respond to clinical escalations promptly.
Experience/Qualifications
Active RN license for California with current BLS certification.
Proven clinical experience in direct patient care in onsite hospital or clinic settings.
Ability to document care plans, progress notes, and regulatory-compliant records accurately.
Ability to meet quality metrics and regulatory requirements with accurate records.
Experience administering medications and monitoring for adverse reactions.
Strong collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for patient management.
Demonstrated adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures on site.
Strong communication skills to educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge steps.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and respond to clinical escalations promptly.
Commitment to continuous learning and participation in professional development activities.
Ability to work in a growth-oriented environment with measurable targets and pipeline planning.
Self-motivated with accountability for individual performance while contributing to team results.
