Job Title: Packaging Technician – 1st Shift
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: From $17.00/Hour
Hours (Monday – Friday): 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00PM
What You’ll Do:
The Packaging Technician is responsible for preparing, inspecting, and packaging finished products according to company standards. This role supports production by ensuring packaging is accurate, efficient, and meets quality requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Package finished flexible packaging products according to specifications
· Conduct consistent quality checks to ensure product accuracy and quality standards are being met
· Operate and monitor assigned machine(s) to detect product defects and make basic adjustments
· Conduct roll and zipper changes as needed
· Label, stack, and organize packaged materials for shipment
· Complete all job-related documentation accurately and timely
· Perform cleaning duties of workspace to maintain sanitary conditions before, during, and after a new job is introduced into the area
· Perform job duties within the established quality control guidelines of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
· Assist production team members as needed

- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
