Title: Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Inpatient - Hospice
Location: Topeka, KS
Schedule: Part time, 24hrs/wk, Nights: 7pm-7am)
Sign On Bonus: $1,500 sign-on bonus!
Job Duties:
- Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients and their families
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Manage symptoms and support comfort and quality of life
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and services
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support patients and families through end-of-life care with dignity and compassion
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- CPR certification
- Hospice, palliative care, acute care, home health, or case management experience preferred but willing to train
