We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a healthcare team in Willits, California. This role is ideal for a PT committed to delivering high-quality patient care and improving functional outcomes.
Complete comprehensive evaluations to ensure quality standards are met
Identify and address areas requiring clinical attention
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Document care accurately in compliance with regulatory and facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (some certifications require a Bachelor’s): Required
Master’s Degree: Preferred
Prior related experience preferred
Active California Physical Therapy license: Required
Physical Therapist (PT) credential: Required
BLS / CPR certification (BLS, HS-BLS, RQI BLS, or Heartsaver CPR): Required
Valid Driver’s License and must be 21 years of age or older: Required
