About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our non-medical home care services team. In this role, you will conduct home visits, assess and evaluate clients, and oversee services as outlined in their Care Plans. You will also support the RN Supervisor in organizing and overseeing staff training, ensuring high-quality care delivery, and providing personal care when needed.
This position is ideal for an RN who values flexibility, enjoys working directly with clients and caregivers, and thrives in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
Supervisory & Client Care
- Travel to clients’ homes and manage their care plans.
- Develop and oversee initial and ongoing staff training.
- Educate caregivers and families on ongoing client care.
- Answer client and family questions and provide support.
- Provide personal care to clients as needed.
Duties
- Organize and conduct initial and ongoing training for HHAs, CNAs, and other staff.
- Oversee competency assessments to ensure staff are prepared for client needs.
- Complete and revise client care plans according to agency policy.
- Conduct supervisory home visits to monitor services and care quality.
- Document all training, care plans, assessments, and supervisory visits.
- Review HHAs, CNAs daily documentations.
- Counsel staff on complex or high-risk situations.
- Consult with clients and/or representatives regarding medical concerns.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida (required).
- Minimum age of 35 with high school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with state and federal home care regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.

Schedule & Compensation
- Part-Time, PRN (flexible schedule).
- $35 per hour.
Background Screening Requirement
All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
