We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established, fee-for-service, two-doctor practice.
Our office is built on strong patient relationships and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. We prioritize giving our hygienists ample time with each patient to ensure thorough, personalized treatment (1 hour appointments). Our team culture emphasizes collaboration, mutual respect, and a supportive, positive work environment with a dedicated Hygiene Assistant.
We are looking for a professional who is:

- Skilled in the recognition and management of periodontal disease
- Dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care
- A strong team player who values cooperation and communication
Position Details:
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday. (we will consider Part-Time Employment also).
- Established patient base in a fee-for-service setting
Requirements:
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Virginia
