Entry Level & Experienced Fire and Security Alarm Technicians

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Senior Alarm Technician: NICET Certification is a plus.
Installation, service, and inspection of Fire & Security alarms and associated low voltage systems.
System testing and inspecting to NFPA standards.
Provide on-site emergency troubleshooting and repairs of Fire & Security equipment.
Evaluate, diagnose, and troubleshoot systems equipment that requires service.
Ensuring the highest level of customer service & satisfaction.
Interface successfully with Administration, Sales, Customers, and Management.
Read and interpret installation blueprints and product manuals.
Has excellent attendance and punctuality.
Appears and behaves in a professional manner.
Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned
Entry Level Helper:
Assist senior alarm technicians
Keep tools organized and accessible
QUALIFICATIONS:
Senior Technician:
At least 2 years of related work experience required; 5 or more years preferred.
Commercial Fire experience preferred.
Have knowledge of alarm system programming & troubleshooting.
Have knowledge of access control systems.
Ability to read schematics and follow written direction.
Entry and Senior Technician:
Lift 70 lbs
Must pass criminal background check.
Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
