- Be able to perform all required functions of a Team Technician
- Be knowledgeable in procedures and able to perform all changeovers as required
- Complete training assessments in conjunction with TS requirements
- Enforce safety regulations, providing suggestions for improvement
- Prepare and conduct informational Toolbox meetings as required by Team Leader
- Verify process records to ensure processes are running to standards
- Evaluate process rework/scrap and authorize and record disposition per established procedures
- Implements established rotation schedule
- Ensures compliance of 4S program
- Reports machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel
