Summary
We are seeking a passionate Dog Trainer to join our team at Dynamite Dog Training in the United States. This role is vital in helping dogs learn and thrive through positive reinforcement methods, contributing to our mission of fostering strong bonds between pets and their owners.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group training sessions using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Assess dog behavior and develop tailored training plans for each dog.
- Educate pet owners on effective training methods and responsible pet ownership.
- Maintain a safe and clean training environment for dogs and clients.
- Monitor progress of dogs in training and adjust techniques as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance training programs and share best practices.
Qualifications * Proven experience in dog training with a strong understanding of positive reinforcement techniques.
- Excellent dog handling skills with the ability to manage various breeds and temperaments.
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of animal behavior is a plus.
