We're growing (just added a 2nd store in Eugene) and are looking for an experienced salesperson, preferably someone who has sold appliances or furniture previously, to join the team !
Job Responsibilities
You’ll drive sales with your enthusiasm and knowledge about the latest appliances and furniture, and your top-notch customer service. Listening to customer needs and finding just the right solution will be your goal.
- Exciting customers about new solutions.
- Find ways to improve the customer experience.
- Identifying customer needs and proposing the best options and features along with benefits.
- Helping them choose what to buy and closing the sale.
- Showing customers how to use their new devices and services.
- Building customer relationships to earn their trust and long term loyalty

You are enthusiastic about appliances+ furniture and talking about it with others. You enjoy meeting new people and find ways to make a connection with just about anyone. Providing a great customer experience is personally rewarding for you. People reach out to you because you are helpful. You like to be busy and well-organized to stay on top of things. You know that the whole team needs to work together to win - and you take pride in a job well done.
- Prior work or educational experience in interior design or retail sales
- Be pleasant and professional
- Must express a positive personality
- Must be willing to learn and grow
- Embrace our Company Vision, Mission and Value statements
- Basic computer data entry skills
- Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication etiquette
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including Saturdays or Sundays and past 7PM
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, and pre-employment, random and reasonable suspicion drug tests
