What You'll Do:Store Operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
- Prepare and serve delicious frozen yogurt treats, beverages, and toppings.
- Maintain Golden Spoon’s high standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
- Support opening and closing procedures.
- Help identify operational issues and communicate opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with training and supporting newer team members.
- Help ensure promotions and store initiatives are executed properly.
Community Growth & Sales Support
- Help identify opportunities for fundraisers, school partnerships, and local events.
- Support catering efforts by connecting with businesses, organizations, and community groups.
- Assist with special events and promotional activities.
- Share ideas to improve customer engagement and increase sales.
Who You Are:

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior food service, retail, or customer service experience required.
- Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handler Certification.
- Ability to commute to Irvine, CA 92618.
- Strong attendance and reliability are required.
- Must be available beyond summer.
