As a Business Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for representing multiple service-based programs in local communities. This role is ideal for motivated, results driven individuals who enjoy engaging with people, educating customers on available services, and building trust based relationships. high performing representatives have a clear advancement pathway including opportunities for mentorship and team development roles.
Duties
Conduct direct outreach with individuals and small businesses in your community
- Educate customers on programs, services, and enrollment options
- Represent multiple brands professionally and ethically while following quality assurance guidelines and protocol
- Build and maintain strong trust based relationships
- Track outreach activities and perform metrics accurately
- Participate in ongoing coaching, skill development, and team initiatives
Contribute to team growth and assist with ongoing support when opportunities arise
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and results driven mindset
- Spanish is Preferred English is Mandatory
- Comfortable and client facing or community based environments
- Ability to adapt across multiple service offerings
- Demonstrated reliability professionalism, and accountability
- Willingness to engage with diverse communities and work flexible hours
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission
Pay: $53,864.53 - $64,869.11 per year
Expected hours: 35 – 60 per week
