Job Summary Associated Physicians, LLP is hiring a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and support the strategic direction of the Human Resources function. In this role, you’ll partner with leadership and employees on employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, policy administration, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day HR operations and serve as a trusted resource for employees, managers, and leadership.
- Support employee relations, workplace concerns, investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, programs, and procedures that support organizational goals and comply with employment laws.
- Partner with leadership on performance management, coaching, employee development, workforce needs, and culture initiatives.
- Administer compensation, benefits, retirement programs, unemployment claims, Workers’ Compensation, FMLA, and leave processes.
- Improve HR processes, communication, reporting, compliance tracking, and the overall employee experience.
- Maintain confidential employee records and handle sensitive HR information with professionalism and discretion.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Progressive HR experience, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, policy administration, benefits, leave administration, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and workplace compliance requirements.
- Ability to partner with managers and leadership to resolve employee issues, support workforce needs, and improve HR processes.
- Excellent communication, judgment, problem-solving, organization, discretion, and relationship-building skills.
- Preferred: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
